Translating a Document using Google Translate

Step 1:  Aquire document/image: Download, Screenshot, Take Picture


        Method 1: File is online

            Download/Save the document from the Web, Google Classroom, etc. to the downloads folder.


        Method 2:  Screenshot

            Open the document/image and press the ctrl + windows key.  The Screenshot w be saved to the downloads folder.

        Method 3:  Using the Camera

            Click on the Launcher (circle icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen) and     then select Apps to open the folder.

            Open the Camera app and take a photo of the document/image you want             translated.



Step 2:  Translating the Document/Image


        a.    Open Chrome and navigate to translate.google.com.

        b.     At the top of the page choose whether you want to translate text, document,  image, or website.        c.     Next, either drag and drop the document/image onto the webpage or select     "Browser your files" to navigate to your downloads folder and find the file you wish to be translated.
